Our Trip To Nebraska

The babies are finally feeling better so I have a minute to post some pictures from our trip. We had a great time and the babies did awesome on the plane. People told us how good our babies were, we are so proud of them! Even on the way home when they were sick they did good on the plane.

When we arrived at the airport we had the entire family waiting for us. It was so great to see everyone and they just loved the babies. We did not get to do a whole lot while in NE because the babies got sick and were unusually fussy. But we did get to go bowling with my brother and sister in law and her sister and husband, we went to the casino with my dad where Jeff won us $150.00, we went to my dad's work to show off the babies, got to hang out almost everyday with mom and Dave, and even made a guest appearance at the Children's hospital ER when the babies got sick! I didnt take a lot of pictures, ok actually I didnt take any pictures. I stole these from my sis's blog and from Jeff's camera. Miss you guys lots!

Quick Update

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on our trip. They babies did FANTASTIC on the plane and didnt fuss at all. Everyone (including us lol) were amazed at how great they did. We had no delays and even arrived early in Chicago. We were so pleased!

We had a ton of family waiting at the airport to meet the babies. It was awesome. Its been so much fun watching everyone get to know the babies. The girls LOVE the babies and are so good witht them. Tom and Jo cant get enough of them. Dad and Mari got to meet the babies and we even took them to dads work to meet the ladies in his office. Mom and Dave can not believe how big the babies are. Its been really fun.

The babies have adjusted well but are certainly feeling the effects of being in a different environment. They have been fussy (which is unlike them) and they are not sleeping well at all which is taking its toll on mommy and daddy. It also looks as though the boys have some sort of cold. No fevers, but Nick has a really running nose and Gabe has a little cough and vomited twice this morning. So, although we are having a great time the babies have been more of a handful then usual. I am hoping they will feel better by tomorrow because I really dont want to fly with sick babies. Say at little prayer that they will feel better soon. I will post pictures when we get back.
